Vendor Interest

Please complete the form if you would like to be considered as a vendor at the Texas High School Coaches’ Wives Association Convention.

Convention Dates: July 19-21, 2026

Location: Mariott Marquis, Houston, Texas

Times: July 19th 8:00am-4:00pm | July 20th 8:00am-4:00pm

All submissions will be carefully reviewed for consideration. THSCWA members will be given first priority. If selected, all vendors will be required to donate a door prize. There is also a required $75 dollar vendor fee. However, if you are a THSCWA member the fee is $50.

This form must be completed to indicate your interest by May 30, 2026.

*Completing this form does not guarantee your spot as a vendor. Once this form closes, the Vendor Committee will review all submissions and a board member will reach out to confirm interest and the THSCWA treasurer will email you an invoice after June 15th.

** Due to hotel policy, we are unable to accept food or beverage vendors. (Vendors such as Scout & Cellar are permitted.)

***THSCWA does NOT cover room fees or parking fees that vendors might incur.
