Vendor Interest

Please complete the form if you would like to be considered as a vendor at the Texas High School Coaches’ Wives Association Convention.

Convention Dates: July 20-22

Location: Grand Hyatt Hotel, San Antonio, Texas

Times: July 20th 8:00am-4:00pm | July 21st 8:00am-4:00pm

All submissioms will be carefully reviewd for consideration. THSCWA members will be. given first priority. If selected, all vendors will be required to donate a door prize. There is also a required $75 dollar vendor fee. However, for the fee for THSCWA embers is $50.

This form must be completed to indicate your interest by May 30, 2025.

*Completing this form does not guarantee your spot as a vendor. Once this form closes, the Vendor Committee will review all submissions and a board member will reach out to confirm interest and the THSCWA treasurer will email you an invoice after June 15th.

** Due to hotel policy, we are unable to accept food or beverage vendors. (Vendors such as Scout & Cellar are permitted.)

***THSCWA does NOT cover room fees or parking fees that vendors might incur.
